How long does a fully charged powerbank / battery provide heat?
Depending on the heating level set (low, medium, highest level), a fully charged battery or power bank provides between 4 and 7 hours of soothing deep heat.
What is the lifespan of the powerbank / battery?
The rechargeable battery or the power bank has a service life of at least 400 charges.
How warm do the products get?
The heat elements in our products become warm between 35° and 55° degrees Celsius depending on the heat level set (low, medium, highest level). The internal structure of our products distributes this heat over the surface and, when in direct contact with the corresponding body parts, results in a perceived warmth of approx. 20° at the lowest level to approx. 38° at the highest level.
How are the products cleaned?
The products can be cleaned simply with water, mild soap and a cloth or sponge. This will not damage the technology inside. The Comforter S, L and XL can even be washed completely by hand. Afterwards, however, let it dry thoroughly.
How to charge the powerbank?
The powerbanks are charged using the cable supplied and a micro-USB connection on the powerbank itself. To do this, you need a USB adapter, which is used to charge most existing technical devices nowadays (smartphones, tablets, etc.). However, you can also find a USB adapter under Accessories.
Attention: The micro USB port for charging the 5V powerbank is located on the side.
How to charge the battery?
The power bank / battery can be charged with the supplied 220V adapter at a socket or with a 12V car adapter in the car. Both are also available as accessories.
Can the batteries or powerbanks be bought later?
An additional battery or power bank as a replacement or second device can be ordered separately under Accessories.
How long does it take to fully charge the powerbank / battery?
The high-performance battery needs approx. 4 hours to be fully charged. The same applies to the power bank.
Can the powerbank / battery be charged via the connections in the car?
Yes, the corresponding DC or USB adapters are available under accessories.
Is it possible to charge the powerbank / battery and operate the products at the same time?
No. In order to operate the products as usual, the powerbank / battery cannot be charged at the same time.
Can the products be operated directly from the mains or in the car ?
Yes, in this case the power bank / battery is not required. Depending on the type of product, a USB or DC extension cable and a USB or DC adapter or car adapter are required. These products can be found under Accessories.
Can the products be operated via other, external powerbanks ?
In principle, yes, but not recommended by us. Our systems are coordinated with each other and in the event of damage caused by the use of equipment of a different type, our warranty will be invalidated.
Commercially available power banks with different outputs often also have a 12 V output, as in the car. Our car adapters can be used here.
My Outchair product does not have an external switch-on and selection button. Can I still select different heat levels ?
Yes, with such a product, the switch-on button on the battery also serves as a selector switch. After commissioning, press this button again. This means: one lamp lights up = level 1, three lamps light up = level 3.

What exactly is deep heat, how does it work?
The deep heat technology of our products is similar to infrared heat, which is often used for therapeutic and health-promoting purposes. Detailed information on this > here.
My Outchair product does not switch on after pressing the power button.
Is the battery / power bank sufficiently charged? If this is ensured, please press the power button for a really long time (3-4 seconds) until it lights up permanently and runs through the three levels (red - green - blue) once directly after switching on, and then initially remains at the red level. Then, if desired, briefly press the button to select green or blue.
My outchair product will not be as I imagined it.
You might have expected a heat development like your good old electric blanket in bed? Please assume that our products have been developed for outdoor use, for work, sports and leisure and are powered by a power bank, i.e. wireless...
Our products are designed to ensure that you do not freeze in all outdoor activities, feel pleasantly tempered, but also do not overheat or even sweat (as would be the case with grandma's electric blanket, which is always used to preheat the bed but never slept on).
In order to test your new product, you charged the battery/powerbank immediately after receiving the goods, connected your new product and wanted to feel how warm the product gets by laying it on your hands... and this impression disappointed you? You did everything right except for the point of laying on your hands. Please sit down on our outchair product, put it around your shoulder or lie stretched out on your new support. Only in this way can you really see how our products work.

You register for our newsletter on our website with your email address. In our confirmation of your registration by email you will find a discount code. Enter this code once in the corresponding field in the order form in the checkout process when you place your next order. This ensures that this discount is already deducted from your invoice total.
